13th September 2020 Windsurfing: Rhosneigr Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: F6 Surf / Sea State: Waves Air Temperature: 18 Sea Temperature: 15.9 Weather: Overcast Max Speed: Distance Covered: Waves were good but wind was variable. Nowehere to park for first time in years and water full, then Anthony said there was an ace space near sea someone just left, so sorted. People changing down to 4.2m so rigged 85l/4,2m and had a few nice runs but underpowered so got 94l board, still under so rigged 4.7m and very well powered as wind came back for a short while. Wind continued up and down until 5.3m would have been best but tired by then. A few lulls to sit out and a few wobbles out, but also a few good wave rides to make it worthwhile. Back in Llanfairfechan it was blue, clear skies and 4m wind looking great for blasting, but tired. Waves were worth 4* but variable wind knocked back to 3*. |
